Booking Times
Sessions can be booked Monday – Friday all day and on Saturday afternoons. Sessions are usually in-person for a set time, but I also offer sessions via web-cam and phone, where appropriate, if requested. You can start with a single introductory lesson or session to see if working with me suits you.
Tiered Fees
Fees are payable at booking and there are reductions for block bookings. I offer a means-tested tiered fee structure for clients with lower incomes, so that people continue to have access to physical and psychological services. Please do say if you wish to make use of this.

Key workers, dentists 1 tier lower and students pay reduced fees.
To book an initial session please get in touch. Fees are payable at booking. You are welcome to pay by cheque, cash, voucher, or by bank transfer. A small increase in fees is made each year on 1 September. Fees above applicable from 1 September 2026.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48hrs’ notice the a fee is still due, but we may be able to reschedule within the week so you may not lose the session.
