When you have become more self-
A lesson involves no specific exercises, requires no special equipment, and what you learn can be practised wherever you are. It is suitable for people of all ages and levels of physical mobility.
Special clothing is not required as long as you have free movement.
It can help at the beginning to have one or two lessons per week but, as your skills increase, the frequency can be reduced. The aim is for you to be able to maintain good use for yourself. Regular practice at home greatly supports this learning process.
Duration & Fees
You can start with a single introductory one hour lesson to see how the Technique works and if working with me suits you. The cost of this is £44, payable at or before the lesson.
You can save £10 by booking an introductory lesson and a basic course of six lessons in advance for £268.
And save £30 if you pay in advance for 20 lessons.
You are welcome to pay by cheque, cash, voucher, or by bank transfer.
A small increase in fees is made each year on 1 September.
There is a reduced fee for those in financial hardship, please enquire.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24hrs’ notice, you may be charged unless a replacement lesson can be arranged within that week.
